Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the API.

• You must not exceed the rate limits associated with your subscription plan.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if we detect abusive behavior.

3. Data Accuracy

While we strive to provide the most accurate vehicle data possible, we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy. The data is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any decisions made based on this data.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Car Databases and its licensors.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Car Databases, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

7. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
